Hi, my name is Janine Worthington, I'm a busy mum of 2 teenage girls and understand the challenges of working, looking after a family and trying your best to keep yourself healthy and active. After a lifetime of enjoying sport and nutrition I took the plunge and trained as a Personal Trainer, through training these clients and supporting them with basic nutrition needs I felt a more in depth knowledge was needed to provide clients with the tools to manage long term weight loss through understanding and science based strategies rather than fad diets or quick fixes, which, as we know only lead to misery through cutting out food groups and ultimately the return of the weight gain. I obtained the Precision Nutrition Level 1 qualification and I am now a qualified PN1 Coach which is a common sense approach to Deep Health. To compliment both these areas I am also a qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Gym Instructor and I am also pre and post natal qualified, which enables me to support those before, during and after pregnancy.
