She motivates me to exercise and I enjoy it. Janine pushes me hard but I always come away from circuit training invigorated and really pleased with myself. Janine is very good at making you feel comfortable in a class situation with mixed abilities too!

Janine is a fabulous Personal Trainer. She is working with me after the birth of my first baby and has designed a programme which takes into account my c-section scar/recovery. I have lost 3.5 stone so far. Would definitely recommend.

I started with Janine 12 months ago after having two children close together. She has changed my workouts as my strength increased. Janine encourages and challenges you to push yourself on each workout. It is the best use of my limited time to workout. I'm feeling much fitter and stronger, the variety of exercises and seeing weekly improvements help to keep me motivated. I would highly recommend

Once you've taken the first step you won't look back...
I've been working with Janine now for just over 18 months - have lost 3.5 stone and massively improved my fitness (which was non existent), my mobility and my overall well being. Janine has slowly built my strength and confidence through bespoke sessions, and I took up running last May, completing my first 10k in November - almost a miracle. Once you've taken that first step, you won't look back.
