1-1 training at a time that suits you!  In your free initial consultation I'll discuss your exercise and nutrition goals, take some measurements and postural assessments.

I'll monitor your progress weekly and make adjustments as needed to make sure your heading in the right direction.

PILATES PRIVATE TUITION

These 1-1 sessions allow us to focus on your specific postural requirements. Following your free initial consultation and assessment, I'll write a progressive programme to help you achieve your goals, whether you decide to workout once, twice or more times each week with me, you'll notice the huge benefits of these sessions in everyday activities!

LADIES GROUP TRAINING

This circuit class works every major muscle group. Each week sees a difference programme and focuses on a variety of disciplines such as strength, core, muscle lengthening, cardio and much more - guarantees to get your heart rate elevated and burn in excess of 450 calories. This class is suitable for all abilities. £6 per class (free to existing PT clients), 

MEN'S GROUP TRAINING

A great calorie burner!! This session will have you burning over 600 calories. Using the Density Interval Training technique, this session really pushes each individual to their maximum potential. This class is suitable for all abilities. £6 per class (free to existing PT clients),
